Every Air Fryer owner should at least make some muffins or cupcakes with it, right?

We absolutely love chocolate chip muffins and they turned out amazing!

Preheating an oven can be really off-putting when you crave some baked goods. The Air Fryer is a much more convenient way to satisfy that calling for sweets ASAP.

We recommend chocolate chip muffins, but you can add any toppings you like. 😍

Super easy Air Fryer muffins with chocolate chips on top. Crunchy and moist at the same time.

Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes


  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 75 g unsalted dairy butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 8 g vanilla sugar
  • Chocolate chips (optional)


  • Air Fryer
  • Muffin tin or silicone muffin cups
  • Paper muffin cups
  • 2 mixing bowls


  1. Melt the butter on medium heat.
  2. In the meantime, mix all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Take another bowl to mix the wet ingredients (including the melted butter).
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet while you stir them together.
  5. Fill the muffin cups for about ⅔ with the mixture and place them in the silicone cups or in the muffin tin.
  6. Optional: add some chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake in the Air Fryer for 20 minutes at 160 ℃ / 320 ℉. Or at 180 ℃ / 360 ℉ if you like them more crunchy.
