This really is my go to whenever I’ve had a load of carbs in the days prior or when I want to eat healthy with minimal effort.
It’s filled with loads of vitamins and healthy fats and, due to the spices and oils, delicious too!
If you do crave some carbs, but still want to try out this recipe, you can include some air fried potatoes. That combination is wonderful as well!

Air Fryer Salmon
Easy and healthy recipe for Air Fryer salmon with veggies for people in a hurry or on a low carb diet.

Ingredients
- 2 (wild) salmon filets, frozen
- 400 g mixed italian vegetables
- Dash of olive oil
- Dash of sunflower oil
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp italian spices
Requirements
- Air Fryer
- Oven dish
- Tin/aluminium foil
Instructions
- Fill the oven dish with the italian vegetables mix and add a dash of olive oil, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp italian spices. Mix together.
- Tear off a sheet of tin/aluminium foil that will fit the (wild) salmon filets. Cut/tear in 2 separate pieces.
- Put the filets on the foil sheets and sprinkle them with a little dash of sunflower oil, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper and 1 tsp italian spices. Make sure the filets are covered on both sides.
- Wrap the filets in the foil and lay them on top of the vegetables in the oven dish. Put in the Air Fryer for 10 minutes at 180 ℃ / 360 ℉.
