Ingredients
- 450 g chicken wings
- 50 g flour
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- A pinch of laos and cumin
- 1 tsp pepper
- 10 g salt

- Bowl
Instructions
- Put the flour and all of the spices into the bowl and mix together thoroughly.
- Dip the raw chicken wings in the mixture so that they are fully covered.
- Place the wings in the Air Fryer and set the timer to 25 minutes at 180 ℃ / 360 ℉.
- Yes, easy as that!

Nice recipe, Paul. Did you find the dry batter flew around in the airfryer? I have a Breville and the fan is quite robust.
Mike, thanks, it was incredibly delicious and easy! The batter didn’t prove to be an issue or fly around at all.
Some of the fat from the wings in combination with some batter did fall down to the bottom of the pan.
So as long as you wipe the pan with some kitchen towels, your AirFryer will be none the wiser! 😎
